We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of the jewelry pieces (unless noted otherwise) within 14 days of receipt. Pieces must be in "as new condition" and returned in original packing materials.

Please e-mail us first to let us know its coming. Your refund does not include shipping and insurance charges.

I guarantee all of my work for 90 days from the date of purchase to be repaired or replaced. After 90 days repair is always available; you are merely responsible for replacement parts and shipping costs.I must receive an email letting me know there is a problem.

Handmade beaded jewelry is made with high quality precious metals and gemstones, but it requires some TLC in order to give you a life time of wearing pleasure.

Here are some simple care suggestions:

Always avoid contact with chemicals, such as Household cleansers, hair spray, perfume, pool and sea water. Don't wear your jewelry to bed or to the gym, whilst swimming or doing household chores. Silver jewelry is notorias for tarnishing or when left out in the open air. Place pieces in a plastic bag to slow this process down. You can purchase 3m anti-tarnish strips to help keep your silver jewelry looking shinny.

Shipping Policy:

All US Postal Insured Mail orders will be shipped within 3 days of your order unless we contact you otherwise.

Custom orders (custom lengths or any other special order) may take up to 2 weeks to create. We wrap, box and ship US Postal Insured Mail (unless you indicate otherwise).

All orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on Monday, unless there is a holiday in which USPS is closed. For all continental US orders under $100.00, US Postal Insured Mail shipping and insurance is $5.00 per address.
